Audience: General practitioners, Pediatric dentists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons and Esthetic dentists and Restorative dentists. This activity is not designed for dentists practicing Orthodontics.

- Partcipants are welcome as of 18:30 for drinks & bites. Lecture* by Prof. Maria Orellana about 'The role of orthodontics and digital dentistry in multidisciplinary cases' from 19:30 to 21:00. *Riziv Accreditation requested.

This evening revolves around learning from Prof. Orellana's digital and multidisciplinary workflow as well as networking with colleagues in a delightful setting.
The Role of Orthodontics and Digital Dentistry in Multidisciplinary cases
Quite often multidisciplinary treatments represent a challenge in coordination among the different dental specialists. Clear aligners, which utilize digital treatment planning, can facilitate treatment outcome in these cases. Moreover, it provides dental specialists with multiple checkpoints that are fundamental in complex rehabilitation cases. This workflow requires a global vision and a precise staging of the treatment inherent to clear aligner treatments.
Aims, Objectives and Learning Outcomes
Aims: This course is designed for general practitioners,pediatric dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons and esthetic/restorative dentists to deepen the understanding of the unique role of clear aligner orthodontics and digital workflow in multidisciplinary cases.

Objective: This lecture will provide protocols to treat complex multidisciplinary cases that require orthodontics prior or after treatment.

Learning outcomes: After this lecture, participants will have obtained different guidelines and a deeper understanding of how to improve treatment planning in multidisciplinary cases involving aligner orthodontics.
